The Support Driven community comes together to organize SD Leadership Summit and SD Expo. SD Leadership Summit brings together Heads of Support and Senior Leaders to navigate the challenges of running Customer Support Departments. SD Expo is a multi-track conference that where specialists and leaders across the Customer Support Department come together to share best practices.
