  • How long does it take to set up my account?
    Minutes, literally. We have a background in building self-service systems with cunning UX. We also offer demos, and free setup consultations to all of our customers, regardless of the size.
  • For whom do I have to pay for?
    With Klaus, you only have to pay for the users who are connected to the platform - those who will be reviewing, reviewees (typically agents), and admins. This means that, for example, you can have 132 licenses with your help desk, but only 82 of them connected to Klaus.
  • My integration is not listed, does this mean I can’t use Klaus?
    We love building new integrations and we usually work quite fast. So do reach out to us to get more info. In the meantime, you can take advantage of our browser extension that allows for reviewing conversations anywhere (without the need to pull data into Klaus).
  • What if I only do reviews once a year?
    You only pay for the agents who are connected to Klaus. This flexible pricing model allows you to add or remove agents as you wish and pay accordingly.
  • What happens if I remove or add users?
    No need to worry, we only charge for accounts that you currently have connected to Klaus. Your billing adjusts automatically.
