Hosam Hassan is a customer support agent turned entrepreneur. He founded SupportOps, a help desk consulting business, to help companies build beautiful customer experiences.

In 2022, SupportOps was acquired by PartnerHero, and he has since become their Director of Strategy, CX Transformations. He’s optimistic about the role that AI and automation will play in the future of CX and continues to share what he’s learned.
