Chad has been active in the CX field for more than 15 years, starting his journey as a CSM on the front lines, to building, developing, and leading high performing Customer Success teams in fast-paced environments.
His track record includes playing an integral part as a CS leader in two successful exits: Eloqua (IPO and then acquired by Oracle for $1 billion) and Kustomer (acquired by Meta).
Chad’s committed to fostering the Customer Success community and creating a customer success profession, he serves as a volunteer for numerous initiatives including the CS mentorship program with Catalyst, and is a founding member of CS Angel (investing in CS tech).
