Supper Clubs, customer service conferences, festivals, and numerous expos all named CCW… Last year, Klaus was the real season’s diamond: we organized or attended over 60 customer experience events and, if the predictions are correct, 2024 will be similarly busy for our top support cat. 

After rummaging through tens of expo halls and experience conferences in 2023, our taste for quality events is more defined than ever. Thus, our recommendations for top meetups, summits, and best customer experience conferences to attend should please even the most seasoned eventurer.

Customer Contact Week Austin 2024

When: January 23–25, 2024

Where: Austin, Texas, USA

The winter edition of Customer Contact Week takes customer service leaders to Austin Texas. In this edition, the industry leaders will focus on the topic “How to Optimize Customer Experiences with AI?”.
