Account Executive - US market

Klaus is at the forefront of the burgeoning customer experience market. Support teams in companies such as Epic Games, Wistia, and SoundCloud use Klaus to review & impurrrove their customer service quality.

We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to ensure the Klaus club keeps growing.

The ideal candidate:

  • 4+ years experience in full-cycle SaaS sales, from the first contact to closing(2+ years experience in the US market)
  • Experience with a range of mid-market and enterprise companies, managing multiple levels of stakeholders
  • Proven track record converting inbound leads and upgrading partnerships with existing customers
  • Confidence building an outbound pipeline – from designing and implementing a key account strategy to finding creative ways to start conversations
  • Collaboration with marketing to help concoct and execute successful campaigns/events
  • Understanding of the value of partnerships within our ecosystem, agencies, and the customer service community
  • Data-driven – maintaining high CRM standards to identify improvements and understand success
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (we work in English)
  • A team player with experience working remotely
  • Is located within the timezone UTC-1 to UTC+4
  • Preferred: Experience in CX

What you’ll be doing:

  • We’re just getting started! You’ll play a crucial role in taking Klaus to the next level and building our go-to-market sales team.
  • You’ll run the full sales cycle from discovery to signature.
  • You’ll manage inbound requests and build outbound pipeline, targeting enterprise companies across America.
  • Alongside our marketing and partnerships teams, you’ll travel to meet clients and attend events.
  • Reporting to our Head of Sales in Amsterdam, your experienced colleagues hark from companies like Pipedrive, SurveyMonkey, Microsoft, and Zendesk. Klaus is a remote-first company with a team spanning Europe (and expanding!).
