Customer Experience Specialist

Klaus is a conversation review (QA) platform for customer support teams that makes giving internal feedback easy and systematic.

We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to help drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions. Someone who embraces the mission of providing the tools necessary to level up and scale support quality across organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the customer-facing team to respond to customer questions and issues via messaging and email
  • Recommending best practices to customers
  • Working across functions to make sure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Communicating feedback to the Product team
  • Building long-lasting relationships with our customers
  • Identifying cases that need to be escalated and escalating effectively
  • Helping to maintain and improve the Klaus Knowledge Base
  • Providing help in the Klaus Quality Community
  • Monitoring and communicating bug fixes
  • Participating in product webinars to answer attendee questions

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in a customer-facing role
  • Fluent in English
  • Comfortable with working remotely
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to cover peak times
  • Located between UTC-1 and UTC+3 timezone
