Klaus is at the forefront of the quickly growing customer experience market & has built an innovative conversation review solution that support teams love. Global brands like Epic Games, Wistia, and SoundCloud are already harnessing the power of Klaus to improve their CX – and we’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to ensure the Klaus club keeps growing.
The ideal candidate:
- 5+ years experience in full-cycle SaaS sales, from the first contact to closing
- Experience working with a broad range of mid-market and enterprise companies, managing multiple levels of stakeholders
- Proven track record converting inbound leads and working with existing customers to grow partnerships
- Confident in building an outbound pipeline. From designing and implementing a key account strategy to finding creative ways to start conversations
- Love working with marketing to help concoct and execute successful campaigns and events
- Understand the value of partnerships and building relationships with our ecosystem, agencies, and the customer service community
- Data-driven, maintaining high CRM standards to understand what’s working and what can be improved
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills (our work language is English)
- A team player but experienced working remote
- Is located within the timezone UTC-1 to UTC+4
- Experience in CX is a plus as it helps to understand the customer, but it’s not required
What you’ll be doing:
- We’re just getting started so you’ll be a crucial part of building our go-to-market sales team and strategy helping take Klaus to the next level
- Running the full sales cycle from discovery to signature
- Managing inbound requests and building outbound pipeline targeting enterprise companies around the world
- Working with our marketing and partnerships teams, and traveling to clients and events when it’s possible again
- Reporting to head of sales in Amsterdam with experienced colleagues from companies like Pipedrive, SurveyMonkey, Microsoft, and Zendesk based in Tallinn, Lisbon, and Switzerland
