The ideal candidate:
- Has a proven track record of systematically generating leads in the SaaS B2B space
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills (our work language is English)
- Is eager to understand the customer (do interviews, research, etc.)
- Has an analytical mindset: from traffic numbers to conversion rates, you understand how to measure the performance of your work
- Knows their way around the main social media and PPC channels
- Operates well alone, but takes advantage of the team around when necessary
- Is a self-learner, follows the latest developments in demand generation
- Has experience working remotely
- Is located within the timezone UTC-1 to UTC+4
- Experience in CX is a plus as it helps to understand the customer, but it’s not required
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating the purr-fect demand generation strategy aimed at mid-market to enterprise customers
- Crafting one-to-one tailored programs that boost top accounts from prospecting to closing to expansion
- Working with our growth and sales teams to continually improve our buyer personas
- Experimenting with tactics and messaging in different channels, iterating on winning combinations
- Developing the necessary analytics to understand what’s working well and what’s not
- Setting up the best combination of tools for automation
- Working tightly together with the design and creative team to ensure anything we put out is of the highest quality
